Each Small Business Workshop will be comprised of several sessions in order to cover the degree of information for each selected topic. The workshop, “Managing Your Business by the Numbers - Simplified”, will be facilitated by Don Herrmann, President of Herrmann Advantage Consulting, LLC. This Workshop is intended for small businesses with 50 or fewer employees and will provide attendees with the tools to assess the current state of the numbers driving their business, including inventory, calculating value streams, pricing, budgets and profit.
