The Pinnacle Awards program recognizes individuals who embrace principled leadership, strategic thinking, balanced workplace values and an unrelenting pursuit of excellence. Individuals have a unique blend of vision, energy, perseverance and skill and have demonstrated outstanding achievements in operating businesses as well as leadership in the community.

**Ticket Distribution Information**
Q: Am I able to select my own seat?
A: Yes, you may select your own seats the evening of the event. All tickets are general admission to enter the Thrivent Financial Hall.
Q: When can my tickets be picked up?
A: All tickets may be picked up at the Fox Cities Chamber during normal business hours.

All tickets not picked up prior to November 20th will be held at the registration table the evening of the event. Please enter through the North Division Street Entrance.
Q: Do we need to have our tickets the night of the event?
A: Yes, all guests must have their event ticket on-hand to enter Thrivent Financial Hall.
Q: I lost my tickets, what should I do?
A: If you have lost or misplaced your tickets, please contact Katie Gaffney, Event Coordinator at the Fox Cities Chamber: (920) 734-7101.

Fox Cities Performing Arts Center Security Policy
All bags and persons are subject to search upon entry. Bags or purses larger than 8.5" x 11" x 5" will not be allowed in the theater and the Center asks patrons to refrain from bringing them, return them to their cars or check them at the coat check. Exceptions will be made for individuals who have items that are medically necessary with proper identification or substantiation.

Return/Refund Policy: Our on-line reservations are limited to seminars/events. Since the Chamber is responsible for payment to the venue for the reservation, refunds are only available if the Chamber is contacted three business days in advance of the event.
