The answer isn’t just in your muscles; it lies in your brain. The Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® is a cutting-edge, science-based approach that transforms lives by helping people move beyond pain and limitation. Learn to move with higher quality and more ease as you participate in a series of NeuroMovement® lessons based on the Anat Baniel Method®. Classes will be taught in slow, subtle, and varied patterns to engage your whole self to feel, think, and move with vitality. Expect to feel increased attention, awareness of self, and enthusiasm through an enjoyable exploration of movement that helps your brain and body to communicate in new ways. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a mat and 2 bath-size towels. Don’t delay! Register right away as classes may fill quickly. We also value our instructors’ time, so classes may risk being canceled due to low early enrollment. Thank you!
