Reveal Fitness bases its fitness foundation on 50 minute classes, offered Monday – Friday, 5 days a week. Every member at Reveal is encouraged and coached to attend every class, the motivation and accountability offered throughout the program is what yields Reveal’s great Results!
Group Kickboxing is a phenomenal workout and helps the body tone and build lean muscle mass while incinerating fat. Working on a bag with another individual to our “every day unique” programs will elevate your workouts well beyond your dreams.

Nutrition is the staple of our results and can be utilized outside of the club in your everyday activities. Nutrition at Reveal comes through education….not deprivation. Understanding the difference between proteins, carbohydrates, fats and supplements is the key to success. This education over our session allows you to develop healthy habits and will help to REVEAL your RESULTS.
