She has been in the non-profit sector for 18 years as the executive director of Christine Ann Domestic Abuse Services and CHAPS Academy\, and development officer at St. Elizabeth Hospital Foundation. Prior to her career in the non-profit sector Julie worked in the financial industry as a fixed income analyst. Julie is a graduate of UW-Oshkosh with a degree in finance and a minor in economics. Julie has a passion for issues impacting women and girls and gender equality\, and the role philanthropy plays in addressing these challenges for the betterment of our entire community.\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nTami McLaughlin\, Director of World Relief Fox Valley\n\n\n\nTami McLaughlin is the Director of World Relief Fox Valley\, the local refugee resettlement agency whose work focuses on helping refugees and other immigrants in vulnerable situations rebuild their lives. A native of Wisconsin\, she is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Stout\, Hotel and Restaurant Management \, and spent her early career in Association and Convention Sales with Marriott Hotels. McLaughlin was introduced to World Relief while living in Atlanta and started her career there as an employment specialist\; assisting refugees to find jobs. She was transferred to the Fox Valley office in 2014 and is thrilled to return to her home state and help newcomers and established residents\, together\, build a strong community of welcome.\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nBill Fotsch\, Founder and Head Coach of Open-Book Coaching\n\n \n\nThe "Open-Book Management Guru\," Bill Fotsch has helped more than 400 companies improve business results\, employee engagement and increase customer retention over the past 25 years. Not only has Bill worked with industry leaders such as Southwest Airlines\, BHP-Billiton\, Harley-Davidson\, Roadway Express\, Carlson Travel\, Scottish Hydro Electric\, and Capital One\, but he has also coached small to medium-sized\, privately owned businesses. Initially as Head Coach at Great Game of Business\, and subsequently as Founder of Open-Book Coaching\, he spent over two decades applying open-book management principles to help businesses deliver results through a highly motivated staff.\n\n\n\nBill collaborates with his clients to provide performance management support\, sales & marketing support\, market research support\, and strategic planning\, as well as to improve a company's performance culture.
