Alison Fiebig – Business Development and Marketing Director for Boldt
Alison is a Neenah native who has returned to serve as the business development and marketing director for the Boldt Company’s northern operations group. She believes that everyone has a story worth telling and lives her purpose of connecting others and telling soulful stories as a way to shape and influence brand identity within Boldt Company. She spends her free time writing, reading, traveling, listening to podcasts, loving on her dog, Lola, and volunteering. She currently serves on the board of directors for Kenya Works and the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center among other positons. She received the Women of Influence-Young Influencer award from Insight on business Awards in 2022; she was named Young Professional of the Year in 2016 by the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce, and she continues to campaign for young professional causes, especially in the corporate environment.
Marissa Knuth – Owner of Ivory Rose Bridal Boutique
Marissa is an Appleton native who earned a bachelor's degree in Retailing & Consumer Behavior and a certificate in Entrepreneurship. In 2019, Marissa made her own opportunities and opened Northeast Wisconsin's ONLY exclusively bridal boutique and making it her mission to bring brides the best & latest dream dresses for their big day. In her free time Marissa loves traveling, spending time with friends & family, walking her dog, and boating with her husband. In Oct 2021, Marissa joined the Board of Directors for CASA of the Fox Cities.
Ann Franz – Director of NEWMA
Ms. Franz is the executive director of the Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance (NEWMA) since its inception in 2006, and which now, has over 300 members. The NEW Manufacturing Alliance has been recognized nationally and internationally as a best practice in public/private partnerships. Mrs. Franz is Insight Publications ‘2022 Women of Influence Lifetime Achievement Award’ winner alongside other accolades. In her free time, she likes to travel, golf, and spend time with her friends and family along with serving on the Wisconsin’s Governor’s Council on Workforce Investment and the Greater Green Bay Chamber of Commerce on the Economic Development Board among other pursuits.
Nicole Malson – Stryker
Nicole Malson is born, raised, and rooted in Appleton WI.
As the Owner and President of her family's 60+ year old printing company, Nicole is passionate about expanding her business into new markets through branding efforts. She is a supporter of the advancement of women in the manufacturing industry through multiple initiatives. When Nicole isn’t working on growing her business, she enjoys hiking and kayaking with her Husband.
