When we deal with others who have a different communication styles, communication and cooperation can be challenging. By discovering your communication style, you become a more effective leader. Knowing your style is important to help reach across barriers and connect with others. We should identify our own strengths and weaknesses to take control of our actions and feelings. Then we can focus on understanding others and use effective approaches to build collaboration.
