2024 Ribbon Cutting: Lakeland Care, Inc.

Join us for a ribbon cutting at Lakeland Care, Inc. celebrating their newest office located in Appleton! Refreshments will be provided.​



With long-standing roots as a managed care organization (MCO), Lakeland Care provides long-term care services and supports to eligible frail elders and individuals with physical and intellectual or developmental disabilities through Wisconsin’s Family Care program. Additionally, Lakeland Care offers private care management for those in need who may not qualify for the Family Care program. Lakeland Care also supports businesses and individuals in meeting their individual goals through programming and services that encourage finding individual strengths and working together to build better lives.
