Hosts the 24th Annual Fox Cities Black History Program Screening and Discussion with Filmmaker Joanne Williams, Free Soul Food Lunch Featuring African Heritage Inc. and History Museum at the Castle’s “A Stone of Hope: Black Experiences in the Fox Cities” traveling museum Part of the Northeast WI Premiere tour Feb. 6-11 of a new award-winning documentary film, "The Exchange in White America: Kaukauna & King 50 Years Later" This is the story of an exchange of Black and White high school students from Rufus King High School in Milwaukee and Kaukauna High School in the Fox Valley in 1966 … right in the middle of the Civil Rights Movement. The participants lived in each others' homes, attended classes in each others' schools and performed the groundbreaking play “In White America” in both cities.
