Are you an employer who is looking to become more involved in the community? Are you aware of individual and group volunteer opportunities in the Fox Cities? How can you encourage your employees to be involved in the community? What is an Employee Volunteer Program?
We are lucky enough to live in an area that appears to be in good standing, however, there are places and people who are in dire need of assistance and resources. Sometimes you may be in a position where you are not able to donate financially, though you can donate your time and/or resources. Also, actively encouraging your employees to volunteer and give back to the community has the potential to benefit your company as a whole in regards to attraction, retention and overall team morale. This presentation will open your eyes to what is happening in our community and how you can be a part of it.
