Nina Grimsic
Grimsic is the Talent Acquisition Manager of the Milwaukee Bucks and manages all Human Resources for the Wisconsin Herd. She continues to be a vital asset in hiring the top candidates who embody the Bucks values and philosophies. Grimsic has been with the organization for over 4 years and before joining the Bucks, she spent almost 4 years with Cree as a Recruiter. Grimsic has a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Wisconsin – Parkside in Business Management with a concentration on Human Resources.
Terrance "Timber" Smith
Smith most recently worked at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh as the Veterans Resource Coordinator and an Admissions Counselor. Smith has also worked for the Appleton Area School District and Fox Valley Technical College. He serves on the Workplace DEI Taskforce at UWO and on the DEI Committee for the city of Oshkosh. Smith has a bachelor's degree in sociology and a master's degree in educational leadership and policy from UWO. He also served four years in the Army Reserve as an optical lab tech. Smith currently is the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Coordinator for the City of Appleton.
Brooks Griffin
Brooks Griffin is the Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator with the 2021 NBA Champion Milwaukee Bucks. In his role. Brooks coordinates a team dedicated to addressing racial injustice and social inequities in the state of Wisconsin, especially as they impact Black and Brown communities.
Before joining The Milwaukee Bucks during the COVID-19 pandemic, Brooks worked 15 years for a diverse range of youth & family serving nonprofits, after-school centers and government agencies. Brooks specializes in youth health & wellbeing and has successfully served a variety of local and national partners, including The African American Breastfeeding Network, COA Youth & Family Centers, Wisconsin’s Office of Children’s Mental Health, Milwaukee’s Coalition For Children’s Mental Health, and The National Foundation to End Child Abuse & Neglect to name a few
