In this workshop we will explore and seek to understand the grief process in an environment of support, comfort, and reassurance. Participants will receive a complimentary book (Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Your Hope and Healing Your Heart) and journal (Understanding Your Grief), by Alan D. Woelfelt, PhD.
