A designer with over 20 years of experience, Aaron’s primary responsibility is to assist the project architect during the various stages of design through project completion. In addition to helping produce all design documents and coordinating their review, Aaron is involved in cost estimation, site inspection, and construction supervision.
Aaron received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Architecture from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Following a stint in Portugal as a design professor at Universidade de Moderna (UMOD) and a project designer & consultant at Lacerda Arquitectos, Aaron served as a project architect/designer with a Los Angeles-based firm.

As Hoffman Project Principal and Registered Architect in Wisconsin, Steve offers clients nearly 30 years of project experience in the design and construction industry. Steve brings a unique perspective to projects having performed project management, architecture, and construction management over the course of his career. He is a member of the American Institutes of Architects, a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Accredited Professional and a Certified Project Manager Professional.
