Cindy Novak has been licensed in real estate since 2002 and has been working with home buyers and sellers in Wisconsin and the UP of Michigan. Cindy and her husband Don own homes in Appleton, Wisconsin and Bradenton, Florida. The two returned to Appleton from the Northwoods of Wisconsin to be able to spend more time with their children and grandchildren.
Cindy received a BBA marketing and MBA both from UW Oshkosh. In addition to these credentials, she has 3 years of experience being a compliance broker in the Upper Peninsula, has earned five real estate designations including CRS, ABR, GRI, SRES, and ePRO, and is a member of the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce and NEW Appleton Toastmasters. Her focus is mainly on the 50+ market, including empty nesters, down-sizers, condos, and referrals.
She is the DownSize Administrator for the Carolyn Stark Real Estate Team.
