2023 March Dale Carnegie Training: Delegation Process

Join us for a Dale Carnegie training session on 'Delegation Process: Utilize techniques to get work done through others and develop the talent of team members, and use a model to delegate a task effectively'.

Forward-looking leaders know delegating is the art of leveraging one of the best resources available: their people. Delegation (not dumping) develops team members and facilitates the achievement of specific organizational outcomes. An involved leader is able to identify which team members are capable of which tasks, and determine the amount of supervision necessary to keep them focused and accountable.

Delegation is the process of sharing responsibility to achieve optimum results. Once a plan has been outlined and leaders have determined the ultimate objectives, they collaborate with their team on the plan of action.
 
This module enables managers to demonstrate the steps of the delegation process, which entails developing team members to accept additional responsibilities without losing sight of their central leadership responsibility — the bottom line!
